Let me begin by saying this sandwich took me longer than ANY other sandwich or lunch I have made so far! The problem was drawing the lines for the basketball! Y’all should have seen the way my hubby was looking at me! 😂 But, I know for a fact Carson is going to love it and that’s all that matters!

I can’t tell you how many times Madison and I have been stopped in public with people asking me where I purchased my car seat canopy.
I started searching for one of these way before Madison arrived, I believe it was the second thing I actually purchased for her. I’m so in love with this canopy! It was perfect keeping Madison covered when she didn’t have her shots and it’s super cute!

When I launched this blog I posted a picture of Carson’s Lunch (whale) and immediately I began recieving posts and requests on where did I purchase the lunch box. So here are the deets on the box.
The box is called a “bento box”. When I purchased Carson’s backpack I also purchased the lunch bag and the bento box to go with it. It fits perfectly inside his lunch bag and is easy to clean.

Our little princess is now 3 months old! I look at her and I still can’t believe that God blessed us to be her parents. She is perfect in every way, the love and joy she brings to us is nothing compared to what she has brought to this world. At 3 months old she weighs 12lbs. She loves to talk and snuggle with her brother. We can’t wait to see what this month has in store for her and for us.

Carson is such a picky eater, so I decided to start making his lunches fun to encourage him to eat them at school. Best part, I think it’s working! 🙂
Hands down this was one of my favorite lunch ideas that I have made so far. I love doing “themed” lunches to match his lunch box notes that I include.

Today we celebrated Maddy’s first Labor Day Holiday! We traveled to Gonzales, La to be with my husbands side of the family whose friends were hosting the annual Labor Day get-together. Let’s just say, I’m so glad we had an “all access pass” to hang out inside or we would have melted in this Louisiana humidy!
Overall, we had a good time and great food with family and friends. Here are a few pictures from the visit.
That time has finally come where I have to return to work. I LOVE my job and the staff at my offices, but I’m not ready to go back. I’m going to miss my daytime snuggles with my little lady bug, but mommy has to do what mommy has to do!
At least I don’t look too sleep deprived! Concealer works miracles! 🙂
